		<description>You bet, there is a very big correlation between waking up early and success.  I am an early bird and I feel I have been successful as well.  The key to waking up early is fixing a specific time for waking up, say 30 or 45 minutes before sunrise. You should say to yourself that no matter what time I go to sleep, I have to wake up at say 5.45 or 6 am. When you fix this, you will gradually get into the habit of sleeping at a time that gives you enough rest by your fixed wake up time.  Try it out. Anwar</description>
